HE Dr. Rashid bin Shafeea Al Marri, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Djibouti, participated in the meeting held by His Excellency the President of the Republic Ismail Omar Guelleh with the ambassadors of Arab countries, in the presence of His Excellency the Turkish Ambassador, on the occasion of the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.
