The reception was attended by Mr. Mohamed Ali Hassan, Secretary General of Djibouti Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on behalf of His Excellency Mr. Mahmoud Ali Yousif, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Spokesperson of the Djiboutian Government. In addition to HE Dr. Nabil Mohammed Ahmed, Minister of Higher Education and Research, HE Mr. Deleita Mohammed Daleita, Former prime minister, HE Mr. Oguri Kifli Minister of Defense and Member of the Parliament, a number of officials, parliamentarians, heads and representatives of diplomatic missions, regional and international organizations accredited in Djibouti, and public figures in the country.
